If I could give this business less than 1 star I would. The owner Mike is creepy and says inappropriate things. He says he pays for landscaping but fails to tell his tenants that he only pays for a landscaper twice a year. He priced gouged me for $500 to replace a door that I told him several times I would replace. He used my deposit to buy an outrageously priced door then charged me over $150 for the labor to replace the door. He also charged me to replace the rotting door frame. He charged me over $100 to rekey two locks and charged my neighbor $130 to rekey 1 lock. He's a crook in every sense of the word. I received a little over $200 from my $900 deposit. I have never, in all my years of renting gotten so little back from a deposit. The home itself is dilapidated and run down. It would take Mike weeks to respond to repair requests. He's rude and extremely arrogant. Do not rent from this business unless you enjoy lining someone else's pockets with your deposit.
