The most helpful mortgage broker in Chico, CA.
I can't thank Tim Kemper more for his service in buying my FIRST home. Tim was professional, prompt, and insightful in purchasing my first home. He explains everything first, answers his emails promptly, answers phone calls, and is there for the buyer. The sale was between a first time home buyer and a private party without a real estate agent. Tim went above an beyond to thoroughly answer all my questions as a first time buyer(which was a lot!). He laid out exactly how the loan was structured, what the timeline was, and how my loan would work. He worked flawlessly with the title company to close my loan on time and without surprises. I will definitely be going with Tim Kemper and Stanford Mortgage when I decide to buy another home. Tim is the best!- helpfull 0
