Allison Denney - Homebridge

If you had asked this first-time homebuyer a month ago what an interest rate was, I'd have replied with a blank stare. Thanks to Allison, I now know exactly what it is!

Allison and team were introduced to me by my local Realtor as I was preparing to purchase my first home. Interest rates are high and I didn't feel that I'd be able to swing a mortgage payment with the current rates. I'll admit that I felt a lot more at ease after my first phone call with Allison. Her initial professionalism and vast knowledge of the escrow process impressed me, and she conducted this ethic all the way to the finish line.

During the escrow process, there were a few speedbumps (entirely from my end, not hers). I feel that Allison and Mario from Homebridge did a superb job patiently guiding me through every step. They made themselves available after hours, were easy to reach via phone and email, and did a good job cheering me on as I made the largest purchase of my life.
