Richard was amazing. It was our very first home and I was nervous and didn't really know anything about the process. They all use a lot of terms that you would need to be in the home finance biz to understand, but Richard explained everything in layman's terms. He responded quickly to every phone call or email. He was very patient (it took us nearly 2 years to find the perfect house), he was very honest about what we could afford, he was very reachable (even weekends or evenings), and most of all, he's been doing this for decades and knew what he was doing. All in all, the experience was smooth and painless, due to Richard. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy real estate in the area.
