I have been a member of KaiaFIT for 3 years now. it has kept me coming back day after day, which isn't easy when it comes to joining a gym. The Kaia community is an embracing and inviting one with lots of fun nuances that keep it from ever getting boring or routine. The diversity of classes and their straight forward approach really works for my schedule! I would recommend Kaia for any womanlooking to get fit! it's worth the money and time!

I have been loving working out at Kaia Fit. Being able to choose the classes that fit best within my schedule each week AND have my 2 kids taken care of while I work out is amazing. I love that the workouts always focus on training your entire body and are super challenging yet still fun. The different class options (cross training, yoga, barre, dance, etc.) are great and allow for major variety in your workouts. Love it!!
