Horrible slum lords. I am a hired vendor equipment operator and I work wildland fires. I just spent almost 3 months straight working fires in Northern California. Have been a member there for a couple years. When it was NS fitness they gave me a discount for my Cal Fire Hired equipment operator vendor card. I am not a Cal fire employee and I've never claimed to be one. Today I went to the club to play some racquetball, ( the only thing I do there) and the front desk employee informed me that my membership was inactive and I no longer qualify for the heros discount. I said ok, how do I continue. He told me that a day pass is $20 and he'll charge it to my card on file. 5 minutes I was in the racquetball explaining to the other players what had just happened and that i was definitely not renewing my membership. As I was looking at the walls that are literally falling apart and the broken light, I told them that I was going to bring this up to a few people and let them write a report on this crap hole. The other racquetball players walk on eggshells. If you bring up any of the issues with the court and the unsafe conditions, they terminate your membership. They've done it to a few older gentlemen in the past. Anyway, Apparently they have a microphone in the court, because after I stated that, the front desk employee came into the court and informed me that the owner heard what I said and that he wanted me to leave. I gladly grabbed my stuff and left. This place is disgusting. The locker rooms are full of mold. They only cater to the D bags and the girls that workout in their underwear. This is one of many complaints that will be widely spread about this gym and it's horrible ownership. The owners have microphones everywhere lol. They should have spent that money on some venting for the racquetball court, or fix the walls, or the lights, or the ceiling lol. Creepy slum lords

Staff , facilities, Equipment and members all A1! Highly recommend to anyone at all fitness levels.
