Master Instructor Susie Knowles is trained at "the Harvard of Pilates schools", The Pilates Center of Boulder. After over ten years of owning a large studio in Colorado, Susie is downsizing to focus on the individual. Pilates is for EVERY BODY. Come in and experience how Pilates can change your life!

After getting it's start in Colorado, HCP has recently opened a location in Tucson, Arizona.
