Master Instructor Susie Knowles is trained at "the Harvard of Pilates schools", The Pilates Center of Boulder. After over ten years of owning a large studio in Colorado, Susie is downsizing to focus on the individual. Pilates is for EVERY BODY. Come in and experience how Pilates can change your life!
