Discovering a method of exercise that immediately reduced arthritis symptoms as well as improve overall health and well being had to be shared. I've been blessed to pass on the miraculous effects of the pilates method with our community since 1999. My passion for pilates continues to thrive as I witness the amazing outcomes.
History
Simply Pilates studio began in the year 2000. Simply Pilates grew quickly and moved to a larger studio. The studio grew within 3 years to a 1700 square foot facility offering private, duets, and group classes in a peaceful, beautiful environment furnished with Balanced Body, state of the art equipment. We offer over 20 years instructor experience.
