i was speechless at the lack of professionalism at this facility. they told me to arrive 15 minutes early to do paperwork and the doors were locked, the guy inside said they were at lunch.
when I saw the physical therapy provider she gave me printouts of stretches from Youtube. what a waste of my time and money.

I wouldn't recommend treatments at this place. First of all, the guy who does billing and scheduling is a pain to work with. He will push your appointments out for weeks without thinking about it and without proper notice.

The doctor, Randy, did very little to treat my issues. Randy was probably more honest with me than he should have been. He openly admits that the physical therapy assistants that work for him have more knowledge than he does regarding exercises and proper form. That's like a dentist telling a patient that they can diagnose problems but only the dental assistant knows how to clean teeth. Every physical therapy session that I had with Randy produced no recognizable results. After a few physical therapy sessions, his recommendation was to have me do some Pilates with someone that has no connection with their medical office, someone who his wife employs. He told me to let him know if I started hurting somewhere. My opinion of Randy is that he just became a physical therapist to make ends meet, and he never had any motivation to be a good doctor.
