.What an amazing resource we have locally for health, fitness and pain relief. I experienced amazing results and relief that 2 prior surgeries had failed to correct in just one session. I can't wait for the pandemic to be managed so that all services resume.

Miranda was my Pilates go to back in 2006. I found her personal studio last spring and couldn't be happier. She's always connecting personally to each of us through out our hour of Pilates. She's constantly going to retreats to give us fresh updated Pilates classes. Miranda has helped me recover from total knee replacement.
