After working as the staff Yoga Therapist at Creating a Sustainable You for three years, I started my own Yoga Therapy business. In August of 2022 I moved my business to the Chico Holistic Wellness Center, where I collaborate with the other healing professionals in the building to create optimal care plans for our mutual clients.

Just completed the "Max-Recovery Yoga for Cyclists" - and was overwhelmed by the number of moves presented in the class. Didn't realize how many ways there were to work on mobility in my hips, back, neck and shoulders. If I only had an hour after each ride to perform all of these. Jeanette was super helpful in guiding me around moves to help with mobility in my hip, being very conscious of my injuries and making sure I didn't push it too far. Looking forward to more sessions!
