Freebird Yoga Studio evolved in 2023 to offer various yoga classes such as yin, hatha, electric flow, and restorative along with aerial yoga and pole dancing. We strongly believe in creating an uplifting and safe community for all who walk through our doors.

Took a pole dancing class here and it was SO fun. The instructor was incredibly sweet, encouraging, knowledgeable, and always willing to help.
It was so fun i honestly didnt think i would be sore today (cuz it didnt feel like work), but i was wrong! Im really sore from this unique strength training/conditioning class.- helpfull 0

My niece loves doing her aerial yoga here.
