Gail is very sweet and knowledgeable. Beautiful space, and excellent class! I felt great during/after, and felt a little sore the next day (so I knew I got a little work out). Definitely will return!

Great class! I have been away from yoga for years and this was a great class for me to get back into the practice. Gail, the instructor, is very knowledgeable and lead a soothing yet challenging class. The space is very open, peaceful, and filled with light. Online booking is easy and rates are reasonable. I would recommend to anyone! I know I'll be back! Thanks Gail!
