Yoga Center of Chico

We really enjoyed our visit! The people are so kind. Our class with Tom was a true treat. He really helps with alignment and getting into the correct postures. Will definitely be back. :)

where do i even begin.. the way i see this place is, it isn't a gym or a gymnastics studio. it's a yoga studio, meaning you're guided through a practice to help still your mind. the instructors understand the human body so well, it's almost as if they can see through your skin during an asana to see if your mind is trying to escape the "discomfort" of an asana. but i think finding comfort within the discomfort, won't only help you with your yoga practices - but will help you with whatever life throws at you . that's why having instructors who can fix your alignment the way they do is a blessing. it's a gift.

this place is my church, my mosque, my temple, my safe place. and the instructors are gifts, i can't think of any other way to describe them. chico is very lucky to have a place like this :)
