Great studio! Fabulous teacher! Loved the Sunday morning class! I would highly recommend this studio for those just starting out as well as those already practicing. It felt like an environment that would definitely nurture growth in anyone's practice.

This is such a great yoga studio. While in town my boyfriend and I both did a month long package. We attended class nearly every day while we were around. We tried multiple teachers and they were all great. We attended a class while they were doing teacher training and that was really beautiful, I had a great experience during that.
My boyfriend and I also did energy work healing sessions with Kristi the owner. They were very enlightening, and healing for our souls.
I'd totally recommend the studio no matter your background in yoga!- helpfull 0
