They filled out the paperwork for the seller to sign and did not add the tax so the seller rejected it. This caused a multiple day delay in closing and I can not get the keys to get estimates to fix the items the seller did not do. An escrow company should know how to calculate the fees correctly and not forget something as basic as state tax!

The Mid Valley Escrow, located at 16800 Devonshire St #320, Granada Hills, CA 91344, conducts unprofessional paperwork and charges the sellers unnecessary charges. I have been a part-time real estate investor for the last 11 years, I bought 11 times and sold six times, but I have never experienced so unprofessionalism and incomplete paperwork for the sellers and buyers. I used them three times this year, two times selling and one buying. I had to argue with them to get documents straightened out in each case, yet they did not do it right. As a seller, my Escrow was closed Friday around 10 AM, and today is Monday; they have not wired the remanence money.
