This is my second review of Modern Carpet Cleaning. Anthony, the owner, is the one who came to our home again. It is so rare to write a review, so I hope one can realize we wouldn't do one unless we were so happy. Anthony takes pride, is polite, conscientious and does a great job. I asked for his card and immediately wrote all our neighbors. Not many service people can retain customers and get such loyalty, but we will hire him again and again.

I had my carpets cleaned in two rooms with them and because of my carpet type, stains began to rise to the surface in one and I called to let them know and they really went above and beyond for me. Anthony was super knowledgeable and helpful in explaining why the stains began to rise after having them cleaned and came back out not once but twice to fix em them for no charge. They really exceeded my expectations and I definitely will book with them again if ever needed. Anthony was great and made sure I was happy with their service! Thank you!!!
