Humboldt Oaks Apartments

I am a survivor of the Camp Fire in 2018. I lost everything. Housing was impossible to come by in the months following the fire. When the housing crisis hit, these apartments were in the mid-stages of being built, and what they did was stop construction on two of the buildings, and concentrated on finishing the other two so they could be available for Camp Fire evacuees as soon as possible. They had two buildings ready by April 1st, and I gladly rented one sight unseen. After months of being a nomad, I finally had a place to call home! The management was friendly, accommodating and a delight to work with. Management has been very patient with me, as I lost my job just a month after moving in. I have a steady job now and I am still so happy to live there. The apartments are amazing, have high end finishes and appliances, washer and dryer in-unit, so many things. I recommend these apartments 90%.

The only reason I am not giving this place 5 stars and 100% is because they have a parking problem. I have no idea why, but there is NO visitor parking. None. Visitors have to park in the vacant lot across the street, and my son's car was broken into while he was visiting me. I don't like that at all.

Other than that one negative, I recommend this place to live!
