Bank of America Financial Center

Their parking lot cop is rude creepy and needs to be fired!!! I bank at bank of America and work next door, I'm also disabled and need to use the disabled parking area.

He's aggressive and rude and doesn't understand the rules.

I guess bankers hours are 10 to 4 now! Must be nice closing the doors before most of your customers get out of work... that way y'all don't have to actually work during the day. What happened at 9 to 5? Actually, this is probably been going on for a long time because the bank tellers are becoming more and more useless. For the last five years they haven't even answered their phone.even when you open the bank account and they give you a business card with the phone number on it, it doesn't actually work. (and that is no exaggeration). Just frustrating... Very frustrating!
For a company that earned $98 billion last year, you think they could serve their customers a little better.
