I was the first depositor at Golden Valley Bank, back in 2006, and I have never had such a careful and well-rounded experience in my long experience with financial institutions. Over these many, many years the staff at every level has always recognized me, known whom to consult for any questions I might have, and shown an awareness that being prompt and thorough in customer relations pays back huge dividends in trust. I also note that, three times a year or so, big parties that Golden Valley Bank throws for customers have been pretty good too, friendly and fun, outdoors on the grass with lots of good food.
