They showed no value of customers. My mother has been with them over 50 years and recently she's had hacked. This Oroville branch basically did nothing to help or even work with her. The times she's been hacked they've penalized her. Now she has to physically go into the credit union just to see what her balance is. She's 83!!. They could have given her a new account number like she's asked and was denied. I will be looking for somewhere else she can do her banking. I'll never recommend this credit union.

They upgraded their system with no supports or customer service and it's been an ongoing nightmare with no end in sight!!
