Wells Fargo Bank

Horrible staff! All millennials with no customer service skills. The teller gave the wrong information ( untrained or just dumb,?) saying that if I close my account then recurring payments will just reopen it? Wrong! Then she has attitude because I want to speak to a manager. The manager was also a kid and was a robot in his responses. I had to go to 2 wells fargo banks and they refused to close my account! I finally did it over the phone. US Bank is so much better, nicer, more adult, more professional staff. Wells fargo can go to hell! Never again in this lifetime! I'll be sure to badmouth wells fargo for the next 30 years

I specifically want to talk about Danny Borja. The staff there was fantastic. My son and I were desperate to get a cashier's check to get him into his apartment. We thought we had everything sorted, but the cashier's check we got was addressed to the wrong name. Danny helped me out, we got the cash into an account, and we were able to get him into an apartment instead of having an impromptu stay in Chico. If it weren't for Danny and his colleagues, it would have been a bad day. Thank you so much for your dedication to customer service!
