They have always been friendly and treated me well. No charge or fee for printed monthly statements, unlike the creeps across the street. I had direct deposit from my employer for years and never had a hitch. However, I never needed a loan from them and I never use ATMs--theirs or anybody else's. Again, I much appreciate fee free banking, but my needs are simple.
