Chase Bank

They held a check fund up for 9 days because their machine couldn't read the original bar code. it was not for insufficient funds, and hung up on me when I questioned why they were holding the funds up? That was their check fraud department. The guy Jerry was a Manager of their check fraud department and refused to give me his last name or some identifying employee number, then hung up on me. They need a total of 9 days hold on a check? This bank is awful! Barbi Boeger

My complaint is the teller next to mine was waiting on a customer who had no mask on. I asked my teller why they're allowing someone inside to do transactions without a mask. He said there was nothing they could do about it and its Chase policy to not tell customers to wear masks. How are we going to stop the spread and keep people safe with this corporate attitude?
