U.S. Bank Branch

If I could give this bank zero stars, I would. They are not deserving of even a one star. I have been banking with US bank for a couple of years and have had nothing but issues. They charge a ton of fees and then justify it by saying that it's your (the customer) fault. I went in to talk to management, Rebecca, and she was incredibly rude and heartless. I went in there and walked out in tears because they charged me $420 worth of fees and took all of my money that was suppose to be for groceries for my family of 6. The manager did not act professionally nor was she compassionate. I will be going in there tomorrow to close my account and will be reporting this bank to BBB. I've already talked to a lawyer about the next step as they have charged me over $1000 worth of fees over the last year. Avoid this bank. Go to Tri Counties... they actually care about people

Horrible customer service, manager and employees have bad culture. Have never been treated horribly by any reasonable bank. Don't bank here you'll regret it!
