Freestyle Fitness

I've gone to this gym for last 2 years & Jake, the owner, is super motivating and has always helped me reach my fitness goals. In January the goal I set was weight loss and I have lost 27 pounds & feel in the best shape of my life. The atmosphere of Freestyle Fitness is unlike any other gym I've been to before. There is plenty of class variety (including mma/striking, strength training, grappling, etc.), small classes, and very inclusive. He trains for functionality & health, and will be sure to push you along the way. I couldn't give any higher of a recommendation to Freestyle Fitness & Jake!

My favorite part about FF is Jake himself, he motivates me to come back every week no matter how sore I am. I only go 2-3 hours a week but I'm in better shape than I have when I spent 5-10 hours a week at the gym. I'm also a lot more tone than bulky as he helps cater my workouts to whatever goals you want (for personal training). Now that I've done 5 weeks of PT I decided to join the circuit training classes and they are so intense and amazingly tiring. When I want to take it easy for a day I can use the time slot for Free Gym and just focus on strength training. Also cleanest gym ever as he makes everyone clean up their used equipment and cleans everything himself constantly. The only reason I'll leave this Gym is if I leave Chico.
