In Jongshindo, adults learn powerful stand-up, ground, throwing, locking, holds, submission and traditional as well as modified weapons skills to stop bad guys in their tracks if there is ever a need for a self-defense maneuver. Seniors learn Tai Chi & the most effective ways to maintain or rejuvenate their balance, flexibility, strength, overall health and sharpness. The Tai Chi program at Azad's has dramatically improve the daily lives of hundreds of seniors in our community.
