Clothing Revival - Chico

I was very hesitant to come and try to sell my clothes here after reading all the frightening reviews but I figured it was worth a shot so I could see for myself. I counted my items beforehand too because I read reviews accusing this place of stealing items. Anyways, I dropped off my clothes and they offered me a pretty low amount (less than $20) considering what they took (5-6 pieces of nice, name brand, trending clothing brands/ pieces). That being said, I understand it's a business that profits off of reselling and upselling clothing items. Still, I do think you can get more for your clothes at other places. I went to Four Leaf Clothing downtown and got over $30 for only 3-4 pieces of clothing. All in all, the customer service allegations in these reviews regarding poor treatment I did not experience personally. The service was not great or awesome but it wasn't necessarily bad either. So- I would say bring your clothes here and take what you can get or bring them somewhere else if you're really worried about getting what you think you deserve.

I don't think they are very helpful. The times that I've been there the customer service is very mean girl. I'd rather shop where you feel respected.
