Worst dealership I've ever worked for in my decade and a half of service in the car business!
Owners are extremely greedy & pretentious, treating most of their employees like complete garbage! Very sad especially this climate of heavy scrutiny toward businesses such as this!

Beware of buying a GMC, Cadillac, BMW, Buick, Mercedes, Subaru, or Volvo from COURTESY MOTORS. They refuse to work on cars older than 10 years old, even if they are the authorized dealer and service center for that brand of vehicle. As consumers we spend a lot of money on new vehicles. My 2019 Toyota Tacoma TRD Pro cost almost $50,000. You expect an investment like that to be dependable and reliable and for the automaker to always stand behind their product. Have you priced a new Cadillac, Mercedes, BMW, or Volvo lately? Whoo daddy that will take a chunk out of your pocket book! So we expect a vehicle from these major automakers to last at least 10 years, and that they will stand behind them and provide service for them for as long as they are on the road. Not Courtesy Motors. 10 years is the cut off. And forget about buying a classic Caddy or other top shelf auto this dealership sells. Here's my story:

I recently bought a classic Cadillac convertible. It has a minor issue with the power top. I went to Courtesy Motors secure in the knowledge that Cadillac was one of the oldest, respected brands in America and the world, and I could expect prompt, quality service. Boy was I surprised. Courtesy Motors repair facility told me they could not do any repair work on my Cadillac because it was older than 10 years old. But the guy at the desk said its really more of an issue for the body shop and they do not have the 10 year old restriction. So I went to the body shop. There was only a new employee in there on the phone. I waited about 10 minutes and he finally got off the phone. When I told him the issue he said he didn't know if they could work on it, but would find out. A few minutes later a different body shop employee came in and told me they couldn't work on my Cadillac. Why you might ask. I did, and I was told it was the Courtesy Motors policy not do any body work on cars older than 10 years old. I told him what the repair service employee said, and he just shrugged his shoulders and told me I could go to a canvas shop since they put new canvas tops on convertibles. It's not a canvas issue, but I will check around to see who can do this minor repair. So either the Repair shop lied to me or the Body shop did. Either way, be warned if you plan to buy a car that will last, Courtesy Motors will not stand behind the products they sell after 10 years. I expect more from Cadillac honestly.
