Subaru of Chico

Took our 2012 impreza in with issues with our A/C. Paid for them to fix it. After 6 months it stopped working. Took it back in and they wanted to re-charge us for the mis-diagnosis that they made the first time.

They also kept the car for over 3 weeks because when they detailed the car they didn't dry carpets out properly and we had a mold issue inside the car (I have a 2 year old that had to ride in that car).

Now were on round 3 and when we decided enough, was enough and we are taking our car somewhere else. They didn't have the car ready for pick up! We had to wait in the lobby for over 30 minutes to get our car back. I don't trust them, The service has been horrible. We will never work with this dealership again. I will never advise anyone to get their car serviced at this dealership.

I have brought my vehicle to this place twice. Courtesy Subaru means that the person on the phone is curt and polite. They act like they are a luxury resort and the customer should be honored to be their customer. Their waiting room is nice , but on the service end there is no feedback . After having my car towed,I waited 3 days before I called to get the repair estimate and repair time . No one called me back. You drop your car off for a repair and it may be 1 day, 2 days, 5 days ,15 days for a call back . You better have a back up vehicle . I had a water pump go out. My car was at the repair center for 12 days. Someone called me back on day 5 . Pick up time for the repaired car was 1.5 hours because the repairs were not actually complete when I arrived. The repairs were done correctly, however, that is my minimum expectation . A repair person suggested that I needed new tires and an oil change , so I got that done at the same time. They gave me a pretty good price for 4 new tires.
