Eaton Village

Horrible. We moved out 1/28/2024 and Not only did they keep our security deposit but are trying to charge us $500 on top of it. When asked to see invoices and receipts for the charges which is my right and they are obligated to provide they failed to do so. They also sent us to collections 5 days after we moved out. Definitely taking them to court. Definitely would not recommend this place.

Terrible customer service! :( it's really difficult to get a hold of the manager, and when you do he does not provide good customer service. I would not recommend to live here because the staff is new and not well trained. They have slowly been loosing their good staff. There used to be 3 kind and professional workers at the front leasing office named Tatiana, Kristen and Alexis, but they all recently quit. And now there is only new staff at the leasing office, so most of the time they don't have an answer or are unable to provide a solution to any maintenance requests or general questions. When you escalate any maintenance issue to Marvin the manager, due to the service request not being completed for over 3 months, it's worse. The manager doesn't care about professionalism or communication. He makes it seem like it's your fault and acts as if you're inconveniencing him. He speaks to tenants in a condescending and argumentative tone. It's been a nightmare to live here and I cannot wait until my lease is over so I can move to a better apartment complex where they actually care about customer service and professionalism.
