I loved living here. My little family and I lived here for almost 2 years, the only reason we moved is because we simply outgrew the space. I loved all the girls in the leasing office. Lenora was always fantastic super nice and accommodating if we ever needed anything. Maintenance was always on top of things too I think the longest I ever waited for something to be fixed was 2 days and that was because my schedule was very busy. The move out process was simple quick and easy and I didn't feel like we were nickel and dimed like most apartment complexes will do to you when you move out. Love this complex and the amazing staff that worked there! Thank you Lenora for everything.

I lived here for what would have been 3 years this year. This was my first ever apartment with roommates. The girls in the office are amazing super communicative, responsive, and sweet. They were very understanding when hard times have happened. Pool and clubhouse are really nice and we loved the events they held whether it be donuts for St Pattys day or bouquet making for Valentine's Day. They have an area to take your dog potty which is so nice! To the girls I've met over the years Lenora, Lori, Kary, Katie, and Sam you all are amazing keep up the good work. I do have some minor tiffs I will say, Starting with the maintenance now for the last 2 or so years we had a maintenance man named Sergio he was incredible! Whenever he would come work on stuff he would ask what game we were playing and ask for game recommendation for his children or would ask how we are doing. Sergio would always explain to us what was going wrong and easy ways to fix before calling maintenance just in case a similar situation happened. We were so sad to see him leave but so happy for the opportunity he got. We did get new maintenance men not long after. Our microwave had gone out and needed to be replaced so we called for maintenance. They Said hi and I tried to introduce myself while letting them in, they did not introduce themselves and went straight to work. It felt awkward and me being anxious already felt uncomfortable. They put the new microwave in but left the plastic on the back that it was wrapped they plugged it in and said okay bye. I totally get it they probably had a lot of jobs to get to and not a lot of time to chit chat. The next time our disposal acted up the only thing they commented on was how messy our apartment in. Mind you we lived with 3 people in the household all with different backgrounds, trauma responses, coping mechanism, executive dysfunction and ADHD. This made me even more uncomfortable. Once again they did not talk to me other than that. I really would have just stayed silent because it was a temporary uncomfortability but then I started having my other roommate who so happens to be male, ask for them or be in the room with them while I hid out because of the last few experiences, but I noticed the maintenance men started being more open with him and even started conversing with him. Idk this might be just a me thing but it made me feel small that they weren't willing to talk to me but so open to talk to my roommate. That's all on the maintenance men. My only other gripe is with the Phone Operating Lady I never got her name but every time I called the crossings officer to ask questions sometimes she would answer. She always had an "I hate this Job" attitude. Any time I would ask a question I would get sniped at. She was always unpleasant to speak to so if she answered the phone I started hanging up and just emailing the crossings instead. I know that seemed like a lot but these honestly are small personal issues. Overall the crossings has been fantastic and I loved living here and was so happy to call it home! If rent was still $1400 we probably would have stayed for at least another 2-3 years! Thank you for everything you guys did!
