I really like this bank. I usually go in the morning and have never waiting more than 10 minutes. Eric Jaks is the best teller I have encountered in my 40-plus years of banking. He is knowledgeable, friendly and an asset to this bank. I have switched all my accounts to this USBank.

They have terrible service...they are courteous but always seem to be short of help...have to wait even if you are the only one standing there. Drive up same thing...if they are busy inside they do not have enough people to come to the drive up window.Today I wanted to open a HSA( health savings acct)...was told they don't offer that anymore. Time for me to change banks.
