Massive shoutout to the homies at Tri Counties. As someone who is very often positioned near these fine folks as a result of my job, I am always impressed with their amazing mix of joviality and professionalism. In fact, more often than not, their rapport goes a long way in making my shifts more tolerable. Just... Wow. Incredible. Highly recommended for all of your banking needs.

However, the 800 #/call center is a joke. There is no reason for the incredibly long holds to get a rep. Covid is a year old. Run this place like a business and have adequate staff manning the phones. The excuse "we are bringing more people on and have to train them", has been used well before the Covid, during the Covid, and continues. Inexcusable.
