Wells Fargo Bank

I was asked to set an appointment, so I did. We arrived for the appointment on time and were told that our banker was running late, we were fine waiting. She then came over and said due to the fact that she was running late she would only be able to help us with one thing. Neither thing we needed would take longer than 20 minutes. She was 15 minutes late to our appointment and when I said we should get the same 30 minutes as everyone she said she also needed to help her next client. She was rude, hostile, and completely didnt want to help us. We will be moving over 10 banking products from Wells Fargo after banking with them for 20 years. So very sad.

Horrible staff! All millennials with no customer service skills. The manager looked to be 25 and was such an ass. They refused to close my account! Avoid these idiots and use US Bank instead.
