Amanda Place Apartments

I am so happy with my apartment at Amanda Place. I moved in a while ago and let me just say, Don was extremely helpful. I had to move urgently and I got to move into my new apartment within a week. My parents helped me move in and they said Don was just amazing too!
I have been living here for a few months now and I am still loving the place. The apartment was perfect and maintenance is on top of everything. They are making some amazing improvements to the property like bocce ball courts and updating the pool area!
Don is simply the best property manager I have ever had! Thank you for making Amanda Place so welcoming!

These apartments are ok. It is definitely over priced none of these units should be over $1,000. The one bedroom unit is very small and they have the smallest washer and drier units. It is nice that they have a pool and hot tub and a designated parking lot and night security that was nice. My advice to anyone moving into these units be sure to take pictures before you move in. One thing I didn't like was we left a good size whole in the wall probably the size of an open hand and the repair job cost $575 and the materials only cost $45. So if you can do repairs yourself do it. I personally think that is way overpriced. Other than that the place is ok. Just a bit overpriced especially for a one bedroom we paid 1195.00 with a 800.00 deposit. It's also nice cause the contract is month-to-month.
