Autumn Creek Apartments

UPDATE: Management and staff fired and name changed to Menlo Pointe Apartments.

Management says they are now spraying entire buildings at a time for roaches rather than one unit at a time but not doing tent fumigation. As far as I am concerned you can dump as many toxic chemicals on that property as they wish but the roaches will not go away. Neither will the probable hundreds of pounds of roach feces that have deposited everyplace they can squeeze in. Same drug dealers living there, one for more than 12 years (the guy who offered to sell us cheap weed and told us "welcome to the ghetto" the day we moved in).

The new management sounds nice and at least competent but I would still avoid this place like the plague until it's been sold (It's still under receivership after a foreclosure) and totally remodeled. The place is so contaminated with roach feces and pesticides I fear that people with respiratory difficulties will continue to have problems there for years to come.


The only reason to move here is to avoid living under a bridge and I bet living under a bridge comes with less cockroaches!


I am familiar with the management co that took over here and if anybody has a chance at cleaning that roach motel up it's them. Good luck, that property drove us nuts!!!
