DO NOT RENT FROM HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR PROPERTY SAFE AND any type of PROFESSIONALISM.

I rented a unit to be set up from the 15th to 15th only one month needed! They charged me "hidden fees" ie; "processing fees" and a late charge... never once did they tell me rent would be due on the 1st even though I paid one month up front, extremely pushy to get the rental filled, called customer service to explain the misinformation and they refused to waive the late fee...
Now for the safety- nobody lives onsite like they advertise and tell you, gate malfunctions and has been stuck half way open allowing someone to push it up and be stuck open for the rest of the time until it is reset, the facility layout is awful the only entrance/exit is down a very narrow row with the workers car constantly parked in the way making it extremely difficult to safety navigate through and not big enough for a bigger truck to turn around in without having to do several smaller maneuvers!
