I have heard that Randy Baake is amazing but I didn't have a good experience with Mrs. Benedict. She spent over an hour with me telling me everything I wanted to hear but in the end of the day, she is a very dishonest person. I do not recommend using that office unless you are going to see a different attorney. It's a waste of money and time!

Randolph was hired in August 2015 to settle our divorce. We paid him $4500. My wife and I came to an agreement in November 2018 and we expected to have a marriage settlement agreement filed by the end of December 2018.
We have not heard anything since. We have made many phone calls sent emails and I have stopped by the office twice. In February 2020 I received from my retirement plan administrator that the QDRO was filed. That is the only response I've had from him to this date. I have been calling to office once or twice a day to find out the status. The secretary is getting tired of my phone calls. She just states that she will leave a message.
I feel that we haven't received the services that we paid for. And he hasn't served us in a timely manner.
He expected to have the settlement agreement filed by the end of December 2018.
I've heard from many other attorneys and clients this is standard practice for his law firm.
