After calling many many, yes many, storage facilities in Chico and surrounding areas to no avail, I wanted to say how impressed I was with Matthew's customer service at Longfellow Self Storage!
I was needing a storage unit in June or July for my son, a college student, and was seriously getting worried that we would not be able to secure one. Matthew put us on their waiting list. A couple weeks later, Matthew called me (I didn't have to keep calling him and asking for updates) and said one was available beginning June 1. Needless to say, I was thrilled, and we now have a storage unit. This type of customer service is becoming very rare these days! Matthew is knowledgable, professional, helpful, and just plain courteous and respectful! Thank you Matthew! We are so grateful, and I will recommend LSS to anyone, as will my son!
