"My experience started out fine but quickly took a turn for the worse. Despite having five employees available with no other customers to assist, they were more focused on discussing their after-work plans than helping my 81-year-old mother set up a new account. I currently have three phones on my account, but after this poor service, we will be switching to another carrier. I do not recommend this T-Mobile location!"
