I love this place. The people there are so helpful and understanding my needs. They took the time listen and to help me save money on my account. The line is not long at all, it was great.

My husband and I went in after the other store in town didn't help after we purchased a new phone in transferring data, they told us to go home and put the phones next to each other and go from there. My husband and I aren't very tech savvy, so we needed some help. We thought we would try this store and everyone in there was so helpful! They greeted us right away with smiles and took the time to help transfer everything over and get the new phone up and working. My father in law also goes to this store on Mangrove to pay his bill and any other issues that arise. If you're looking for great customer service go to the AT&T store on Mangrove in Chico.
