Cricket Wireless Authorized Retailer

I went to store to buy replacement for my broken phone. Selection of displayed phones but no prices or specifications provided...apparently it was confusing customers....I was never confused with it and I asked everyone in last two days and none expressed any confusion with prices displayed...anyways, they have displays but selection in stock was very limited. Woman who was in the store at the time said she will come back with phone at 5 pm and she left. I asked guy in store if he can make sure that she will bring the phone and I asked several times if she will be back by 5 and he confirmed. When I tried to call Orland store to confirm that she will be back I couldn't even leave voice message. So, I left, and waited in my very hot car for about an hour and 15 minutes before I came back. I asked him if she arrives and he said no but she is on her way. By 5:01 he told me that she is running a few minutes behind but he has to leave and lock the store. So he kicked me out. I stayed in my car and waited until 5:45 and that woman never showed up. I wasn't alone waiting though. There were two other customers waiting one of them told me he has to pay his bill. So, would he pay fines also since he did not pay his bill on time because they are horrible in providing help to customers? If I could give them -5 I would.
