Rosewood Apartments

I reviewed on google pretty quickly after we moved in last year, but we have been here a year and thought I would update. I have honestly really loved living here. It's in a quieter part of Chico that feels really safe. I've noticed they have been slowly updating some of the other apartments as people have moved out and they are really on top of quick maintenance. We also love having vaulted ceilings! The only thing that I do have to say is our hot water doesn't last very long. There also is a decent sized gap under the front door that lets in hot air. Other than that we have been really happy living here. I never hear our neighbors and everyone here is really friendly. I definitely would recommend this place to anybody!

Oh also, they have a super awesome online portal for paying rent that has been so convenient! There is also an app for laundry so you don't have to worry about getting quarters!
