Woodside Gardens Apartments

We loved living here, it was clean and nice! Newly remolded apartment with vinyl flooring along with new counter tops and new wood cabinets. Brenda was always friendly and available. Kevin and the maintenance crew were great to deal with, always took care of any maintenance issues in a timely manner. Great place, close to everything, quiet and safe. We would highly recommend living here... Good job Woodside Gardens!

Definitely one of my WORST renting experiences. The manager of the apartment complex has absolutely no idea what he is doing. To start off the rent gets raised every so often for no reason. The washers are $1.75 and the dryers are $1.25. They are tiny and incapable of actually cleaning your clothes or drying them. The pool is filthy and looks and smells like there are no chemicals (chlorine) in them. I've called and asked if the pool is being maintained and I got a short answer of yes, yet a layer of sun screen tops the pool. The one rule for pets here is that they must be friendly. Yet I can't walk my dogs passed a certain apartment or else their dogs will try to attack mine through the window.This place has been an awful renting experience and wouldn't recommend to anyone. Asking way too much in rent for what you'll get. Spend your money wisely and don't rent from here.
