My partner and I have lived here for a year so far. It's been an excellent experience.
All onsite staff has been friendly, accommodating, and professional. Maintenance is exceptionally quick to address any tickets we've submitted for support.
The grounds are kept very clean and landscaped. Amenities are kept clean and in good condition, making them easy to use. Lots of well groomed areas to walk our dog and allow her space to use the bathroom.
Overall we have loved living here and will be sad when it's time to move!- helpfull 0

We have lived here for about 7 months and are very happy with the complex. We've had a few minor maintenance issues that were taken care of quickly and efficiently. The staff are very nice and friendly. It's a quiet complex, and we love relaxing on the patio in the mornings and evenings without being disturbed by traffic or other noises. I like that we have a washer and dryer in the apartment, so I don't have to lug my laundry somewhere to get it done. Best of all is the location. I can walk to Meriam Park, Target, WinCo and many nearby restaurants.
