Honest mechanics. The owner is a bit co-dependent and didn't deal well when we had a disagreement on a repair. However, the disagreement was minor and I would take my car back there, no problem. Honest folks.

Brott's is an honest service center with fair pricing, that does an excellent job at what they do, and won't hesitate to say that something is not in their realm of expertise or interest. They work on most American and Japanese makes, but I think they shy away from European cars (Steve Brott, the owner said, and I'm paraphrasing here..."There are guys in town that are more knowledgeable in that area"). He hand writes his invoices, is totally happy to replace a light bulb or a timing belt, and his pricing is totally reasonable. I've had the timing belt on my '96 Acura RL replaced, brake and belts squeaks eliminated from my 2001 Toyota Sienna minivan, and various other little items handled by Brott's. He wouldn't touch my 1986 VW Jetta GLI, or my 2002 Audi All Road, which I take somewhere else. Brott's gets a 5 not because he does it all, but because they know what they do, they do that well, and they don't rip you off.
