Victra was founded as a partnership by Richard and David Balot in October 1996 in Wilson, North Carolina. Victra was incorporated as ABC Phones of North Carolina, Inc. in 1999. Today, Victra is independently owned and operated in Raleigh, North Carolina, employs more than 6,600 people and serves guests in more than 1,000 locations across 49 states.

We went to Verizon to get a new phone for my husband. The sales person said for $10 per month we can get a free tablet. He DID NOT tell us that adding the tablet to our account would raise my husband's monthly unlimited +access plan from $40 per month to $55 per month. So, the free tablet is actually costing $25 per month!!!! Not worth it and I will never go back to this store again.

Boost customer service is horrible. A complete run around. You go in for one price and you end up getting charged a higher price.
