Design By Humans

I have purchased from Design by Humans for several years--for T-shirts for my husband and me. The last purchase, received early Oct 2023, contained a t-shirt of the wrong size. I've been using their internal return emails feature--there is no phone number or customer service available--for over a month, and I've been greeted with only silence. I've submitted three emails a week apart and I waited another week to submit reviews, hoping for a response. I'll update my review if they ever do respond. Don't order if a wrongly sized random t-shirt bothers you. My husband is 6'5" and wears an XXL--for the length. He can't wear a size S.

I ordered 6 shirts and they were all flawed, misshapen or the wrong size. I asked for a refund and they replied with a ticket number. 5 days later they asked for photos and said they would refund me once received. I sent the photos the same day and a detailed description of the problem. It's been 3 weeks of me asking for an update and they don't respond. Over the last 10 days, I have warned them 3 times that I will report them as fraudulent to my credit card company and they still haven't replied. I am on the phone now reporting them as fraudulent.
