    ABSOLUTE WASTE OF YOUR MONEY. The reviews speak for themselves and any "good review" has to be fake. I cannot believe the amount of BS they put my bf and myself through just in a month and a half of renting a house from them. We lost out on close to 5,000$ on a house we never got to live in due to it being unlivable. Took over a month and a half to get a call back about fixing the ac in the middle of summer they advertised as part of the lease agreement. 125 DEGREES inside and would ignore us. Told us the house isn't deemed unlivable. Idk about you but i cannot live in that kind of heat nor can my fur babies. The Garage door is broken and deemed a safety hazard ( it almost fell on me while having open and moving things into the garage. I had someone come out through the property management to check it out and was told the whole garage HAS to be replaced to an automatic one due to the safety hazard and because they don't make those parts anymore because it's so old. BUGS in the carpet but wouldn't take our calls.

    They did leave us a lovely welcome home gift, a fat SHIT in the toilet and didn't tell us so it was left there for a week until we started moving our things in and had the place smelling like a sewer:) the carpets are absolutely disgusting. Was told they were professionally cleaned yet the house smelled of smoke and death. Tried to ask about last time they were replaced and they would ignore us. Convinced us we had to air out the place and it would go away. It did not.

    Unfortunately this was our experience with our first time getting a house together excited as can be and it was just robbed from us. No care towards their tenants, once they get the money they do not give you the time of day. After informing them legal action would be taken if we were not helped a month and a half later we were let out of the lease with no money returned besides the deposit which we still have not seen or been informed about. SAVE YOURSELF YOUR TIME MONEY AND SANITY AND DO NOT RENT THROUGH THEM. This is only SOME of the things we went through.

    ****RENTERS BEWARE: We have had a similar experience as outlined in some of the other reviews listed on Yelp with our security deposit. I would NOT RECOMMEND renting any property Entwood manages based on my review below and horribly slow response times. My son and one of his roommates took over a lease on July 3, 2023 located at 536 Cedar St. Apt 4 in Chico CA. Little did we know that our $2500.00 security deposit would be applied to the EGREGIOUS charges outlined below:

    -Capret cleaning invoice for $698.00. Meanwhile, the carpet had NOT been cleaned prior to taking over the lease upon move-in
    -Cleaning invoice for $700.00. My son and his roommates cleaned the apartment thoroughly prior to moving out
    -An invoice for window blinds in the amount of $675.00. Some of these blinds were non operational upon move-in. Entwood has not replied, however; I am almost certain that we are being asked to replace blinds that were originally installed in 2013. I'm still waiting for the invoice
    -An invoice for $243.00 for a missing dryer lint screen that was easily source on Amazon.com for $11.35.
    -An invoice for $164.00 for a window screen that was missing upon move in

    Total to be deducted from our security deposit: $2776.00. OUTRAGEOUS. We have been waiting for a response from Entwood since July 20, 2024, only to receive a REVISED Security Deposit Invoice today on July 30, 2024 with zero response addressing my original email requesting receipts from when the carpet was last cleaned and when the blinds were installed and addressing the other issues.

    DO NOT LEASE A PROPERTY FROM ENTWOOD PROPERTY MANAGEMENT. Additionally NO ONE ever answers the office phone number.
